2nd Amendment in Jeopardy as Democrats Take the Senate and the White House

Americans watched anxiously this week as the results of the 2021 Georgia U.S. Senate runoff elections.

David Perdue (Republican) was taking on John Ossoff (Democrat). Kelly Loeffler (Republican) was taking on Raphael Warnock (Democrat).

Republicans lost both Senate seats in two very close races handing gun control advocates a major victory and placing the 2nd Amendment in major jeopardy.

Earlier this morning, Congress certified Joe Biden as president-elect and he will be sworn in as President of the United States on January 20th.

Democrats will now have the power to pass any legislation they want to attack the 2nd Amendment.

We can expect “Universal Background Checks” to be passed early on as even weak-kneed Republicans give into the gun control crowd.

Feinstein and others are certainly going to push a falsely labeled “assault weapon” ban. Red Flag laws, taxes on firearms and ammo, and much more will be pushed as the Democrats know they have only two years to get whatever they can through Congress and onto Biden’s desk.

Gun owners are going to have to pour immense amounts of pressure on vulnerable Democrats and hope they can stop the coming gun control fights.

Don’t give up and don’t ever let them believe we are backing down.

Do not support any politician or political group who believes in compromising on the 2nd Amendment.

Republicans like Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney, and Dan Crenshaw have thrown their support behind various gun control ideas before and they will likely do so again if we don’t keep the pressure on.

The 2nd Amendment is the last line of defense and right now we are at that line.

Gun owners are the best fighters out there and the 2nd Amendment needs you now more than ever.
